Ravi Venkatesam
Founder and CEO
Ravi started at Tata Steel and Infosys before founding technology companies that were acquired by firms in India, the US, and France.
He founded OnTrac in 2004. The company now works with over 100 clients across 10+ countries, building training programs focused on productivity, quality, and customer impact. His real drive is getting people to perform at their best—not just teaching skills, but helping them unlock what they're capable of.
He's relentless about education and upskilling. He founded The Foundation Schools in Bangalore, bringing the same philosophy to children—creating learning environments that transform how people think and work from the ground up. Whether it's executives or eight-year-olds, the mission is the same.
When he's not working, you'll find him running marathons with his informal running group in Bangalore or strumming his guitar. Ravi studied architecture at IIT Kharagpur and has an MBA from IIM Bangalore.

Maji Ammanath
Head of Operations
Maji doesn't build training programs. He builds experiences people can't forget.
Where most see slides and handouts, he sees simulations that feel real, leadership programs that actually change behavior, and AI solutions that make learning personal. He's won awards for it, but that's not why he does it. He does it because boring doesn't stick, and if it doesn't stick, what's the point?
He's a builder who thinks like a strategist, a mentor who talks like a storyteller. He takes messy, complicated problems and turns them into clarity. The kind of clarity that makes teams move faster, think sharper, and actually enjoy the process.

Damodar Nayak
Director of Finance and Admin
Damodar is the reason everything at OnTrac works.
While everyone else is focused on the next big thing, he's making sure the wheels don't fall off. Compliance, finance, taxation, admin—the stuff that can quietly destroy a company if no one's paying attention. He pays attention.
He's got the patience to sit through tax audits without breaking a sweat and the work ethic that makes 150% look normal. Technical skills matter, but what really sets him apart is attitude and commitment. He's got both in spades.
Nothing breaks on his watch. Not the books, not the deadlines, not the operations. He's the steady hand that lets everyone else take risks, knowing someone's got their back.
