CASE STUDY ON HELPING CLIENT WIN A DEAL

Requirement: A large IT/ITES company was pitching for BPO business with its client. Part of the sales pitch needed to include a credible plan to recruit and train entry level employees as the skills required were specialised. The client approach OnTrac to assist them in building this plan, to be included in the sales pitch.                                                                                                                             

Solution: OnTrac burnt the midnight oil, and worked with the client to come up with a credible training and assessment plan that the client included in the sales pitch. Several options were presented and the iterative process helped in narrowing down the solution to one option that was the best fit. 

Result: Our client's sales pitch was successful and they won the business. Our client's client was very happy to see the plan and was confident that training would be successful.
