With over 20 years of diverse experience in diverse fields such as manufacturing, automobiles and BPO, Vinay has played it all. As an early rocker at OnTrac, Vinay played a significant role in shaping the company. Vinay currently heads OnTrac's Philippines operations.

No body messes with Damu because he holds the strings to the purse. This man has a serious amount of patience and dedication in dealing with regulatory compliances, financial accounting, taxation and other general administrative work. Never one to shy away from work, Damu is a shining example to all of us on what 150% occupied at work really means. 

Ravi refuses to believe that the word called "impossible" actually exists. From raising funding when the concept of VC did not exist in India, to founding one of India's first internet companies in 1998, to being involved in the evolution of the ITES industry.... Ravi has seen it all. His passion for education has seen him create OnTrac and The Foundation Schools  in Bangalore.
